Instant Pot Pulled Pork
I love this Instant Pot Pulled Pork recipe because its so universal… this one recipe can be turned into several different meals so easily!
Use it as is for tacos, tostados, burrito bowl, etc.
Pan fry it in avocado oil until crispy to make Carnitas.
Toss in your favorite BBQ sauce and make BBQ Pulled Pork sandwiches or tacos
The possibilities are endless!
This also freezes ver well. I will usually make a large batch at once and then freeze in continuers portioned for family meals. This is perfect for my “emergency meals” when I really don’t have time to cook but want to give the family a home cooked meal. Pull this out of the freezer, cooke some veggies for the side and voila… dinner is ready!
