Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup coconut water
  • 2 packets frozen Acai
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 9 frozen strawberries
  • Optional Toppings:
  • gluten free granola
  • coconut flakes
  • strawberries
  • blueberries

Instructions:

How to cook Gray's Acai Smoothie Bowl

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until thick and smooth. Add more liquid if it's too thick.
  2. Pour into a bowl, add any toppings on top, and serve.

Notes:

This freeze well. Pour into freezer safe containers and keep in the freezer for 3-6 months. Remove the night before and keep it in the fridge. You can always thaw it out by placing the frozen container in warm water. Gray sometimes tosses the contents back in the blender with additional water and blends again for a smoothie. ENJOY!
