Integrative Health Consultation
$595 · 1–1.5 Hours
A 1–1.5 hour deep-dive assessment using muscle testing to evaluate how full your glass is, what's filling it, which organs, glands, and body systems are affected, and how much of your symptoms are rooted in physical toxicity, lifestyle factors, or emotional and spiritual work. This is where your personalized healing roadmap is built.
This Includes
- Understanding your complete health history and your health goals
- Muscle testing to evaluate your "Glass" and assess your body's priorities
- An evaluation of your nervous system readiness for different interventions
- Assessing how much of your symptoms are rooted in physical toxicity, lifestyle, or emotional and spiritual work
- A clear determination of where you should start in the ReNew Healing Ecosystem
Healing unfolds best when entered at the right level, in the right order. There is no obligation to continue, but there is often relief in finally knowing why your body has been stuck and what it needs next.

The consultation fee is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment and I will apply your investment to a future session. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows forfeit the session fee.

This Consultation is a 90-minute deep-body assessment using muscle testing to evaluate your glass, your body's priorities, and build your full personalized roadmap. The Health Assessment (ReNew Clarity Session) is a shorter, 45–60 minute review of your story and intake forms, with a clinical assessment and recommended next step. It doesn't include muscle testing. Many people start with the Health Assessment and move into this Consultation, others come straight here if they're ready.
No. If you understand the approach and feel ready to dive into a full assessment, you can book this Consultation directly. The Health Assessment is for those who want expert guidance on where to start before committing to a deeper appointment or program.
That's completely fine. You'll leave with clarity about what's going on in your body and what the right next step looks like. What you do with that is entirely up to you.
