Balsamic Roasted Carrots
This is such an easy side that looks and feels special. Serve when friends are over or when you want to treat yourself to a special meal!
Ingredients:
- Carrots
- Olive or Avocado Oil
- Salt and Pepper
- Aged Balsamic Vinegar
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425. Toss carrots in oil, salt and pepper and place on a prepared baking sheet.
- Cook for 10 min, toss and cook for an additional 10 min. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and cook again for about 5 - 10 minutes depending on the thickness of your carrots.
