Vinegar Coleslaw

Vineagar Coleslaw

I’m a Southern girl and love a good coleslaw on the side of my BBQ… pulled pork, ribs, or brisket. With that said, I just can’t stand a creamy one. I like something light and refreshing to counter the richness of BBQ.

This Vinegar Coleslaw does just that! Bonus it is super simple to make, especially if you buy organic coleslaw in a bag… no shredding (I am all about ease over here). Just make the dressing with 4 simple ingredients, toss and enjoy!

While I usually think of coleslaw as a side to BBQ it also makes a great based for burgers and sliders since I don’t use buns anymore. This slaw under my Chicken Squash Sliders is one of my favorite meals during the summer… yummm.

Need a quick easy recipe for Pulled Pork? Check out this recipe using the Instant Pot. Just add 1 cup of BBQ sauce to the pot before you cook it and you are good to go.

Go ahead, add this Coleslaw to your menu this summer. Let me know what you think below.

Enjoy!
