Your body isn't broken. It's speaking a language you haven't learned yet. We're a soul within a body that is controlled by a mind, so the Clean Life Method treats body, mind and spirit as three layers of one foundation, not three separate problems to solve alone.
Body · Grounded first
Your body is the foundation.
We don't get to walk around this planet without one, so healing starts here: clearing mold, heavy metals and hidden toxic burdens, and supporting digestion, drainage and mitochondrial function so your body has the raw capacity to heal.
Mind · Regulated next
Your mind tells your body what to do.
The conscious and especially the subconscious mind run the patterns that keep you stuck. Calming the nervous system and reprogramming those patterns is how your body finally gets a new set of instructions to follow.
Spirit · Then it opens
You are a spirit within a body.
Your spirit connects this physical life to God, the divine, something greater than any diagnosis. Healing that skips this layer is why so many protocols hold for a while, then quietly stop working.
These aren't steps you check off in order. They're three layers of the same foundation, and all three need support for lasting ease. Muscle testing shows us exactly what each layer needs, and how much.
Glass Theory
Everything I do is built on the glass.
Think of your body as a cup under a faucet. It can only hold so much before it overflows. You are the cup. The toxic burdens, physical, emotional and spiritual, are the water. When your cup overflows, that's when disease, or dis-ease, sets in.
Most people try to bail water out while the faucet is still running, or address only one kind of water at a time. You have to address all three. The Clean Life Method lowers your glass and keeps it low: addressing what's filling it, opening drainage first, and teaching your body to heal in the order it's ready for.

Meet Elena
I called it normal for 30 years.
Gut issues, fatigue, brain fog, allergies. It was annoying, not alarming, so I kept going. Then at 39 I was diagnosed with early onset dementia, and found out mold had taken over my body.
This work started as a mom healing myself and my family. It's why I went back to school, and why I teach the Clean Life Method today: we're a soul within a body that is controlled by a mind, so body, mind and spirit heal together, in the right order.
